I set up an ACS printer session and all looks correct but the Canon printer shows no sign of life when a print job is sent to it. I can view and print files with ACS's printer output option but that does not preserve row/column & cpi settings. I want to be able to print a regular printout from the iSeries. MG5720 printer attached to my Windows 7 PC. I suspect I am making this harder than it needs to be. An emulation program must be run on the PC to allow the IBM i system (or IBM iSeries system) to print to it.
